If your work is accepted, we request First North American serial rights as well as the right to archive your work on our website and to use your work for promotional purposes (credit will be given, of course!). We ask that you do not publish any accepted poems elsewhere before they appear in NECTAR. Upon publication, all rights revert back to the author. If your poem is published elsewhere (e.g. chapbooks, anthologies) in the future, we kindly request that you credit NECTAR for initial publication (also let us know so we can give you a proper congratulations!).
